Bartley Green is a residential suburban area to the south west of Birmingham City Centre. There is a variety of housing in the locality.
Bartley Reservoir covers 46 hectares of countryside and is well known as the place where Bill Oddie did a lot of early bird watching. The reservoir is also well used by Bartley Sailing Club.
King Edward VI Five Ways School and Newman University College is also located in Bartley Green.
Woodgate Valley Country Park is an area of countryside in the centre of Bartley Green.
