Small town urban living

While many people love to live and work in the city, there are also
a decidedly large amount of those who would far prefer to live in
quieter surroundings. However, while this can be more peaceful,
those who want to live in rural settings and work in bigger towns
and cities can often spend over the odds on their commuting
daily.
This is a problem which is not in evidence for residents of the
town of St Austell. The Cornwall town is located on the south
coast, and is the biggest town in the seaside county, boasting some
22,000 residents.
However, despite being on the coast and being a relatively small
town, St Austell is very much an urban area, without having the
thousands or millions of people which may be more characteristic of
an urban area living there.
The town itself has many opportunities for those who are looking
for
property for sale in St Austell to find employment. Unlike many
other small towns, St Austell has a thriving shopping centre in its
town centre, and also an array of other businesses.
St Austell also has a very active clay industry, which is estimated
to employ some 2,000 people. This means that the town provides an
array of different employment options on a large scale
throughout.
And for those who are looking to relocate their families to the
town, the education options are massive. St Austell plays host to
two secondary grammar schools, as well as a college. It is also the
perfect setting for those who are looking to bring young families
to the town, or are hoping to expand their numbers in the future,
as it offers eight different primary schools.
