Bristol property development wins award
Those looking for
property for sale in Bristol have been made aware of the city's
housing credentials after a local housing development received a
five-star rating at a property awards ceremony.
The Bowery, built by Redrow, was awarded the rating at the UK
Property Awards recently because it scored an overall score above
75 per cent against a variety of criteria.
Criteria that the development needed to excel in included
appearance, architectural and interior design, safety, security,
energy efficiency and innovation and the Redrow sales manager for
the south-west spoke of her delight at the award.
Bristol 24-7 quotes Hannah Pollard as saying: "We are delighted to
have received the top five-star award beating strong competition in
the region. The Bowery is a flagship development featuring our New
Heritage Collection homes."
The development's Cheltenham Garden has also been shortlisted in
the New Homes Garden Awards with the winner announced later this
month.
